[Aries kk v2.6 ][Flame kk v2.6][Camera] The screen is freezed when you launch the camera app on the lockscreen view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
The premise condition: First time use camera without passcode
1. Lock the device by tapping the power button. 
2. Unlock the Device by tapping the power button. 
3. Slide the slider to the left, toward the camera icon. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. Camera screen should show view normally.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. Camera screen is freezed.

2. This bug can't be repro if you launch the camera app on the lockscreen view with passcode.

Note that after a reboot, I find it doesn't usually happen on the first cold launch of the app, but always on subsequent launches.

Resolving this issue as a duplicate of bug 122143 since it is the same cause and the fix for that issue fixed this as well.
