In https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/8cc14e8cebe77ce34bf7b80917756d0da69cc2ae Kevin started to add the new IARC questionnaire. We need to implement the new version of ContRatingsPingback that will be called by IARC when the questionnaire is validated by the developer.
