HTTP2 is the new hotness, and we should test it out. Osmose tells me that it is really easy to enable. We should test it out on stage. Can we turn it on there and leave it for a while to see if it all breaks?

Filed bug 1251040 to enable this on SUMO prod, too.
Verified FIXED.
1) can confirm it's enabled (see attached screenshot)
2) we've done several iterations of our test automation on staging (including mobile) and all appears well (https://webqa-ci.mozilla.com/view/SUMO/)
