Details

Before doing elastic quicksearch, we need to have the following things in place:

1) the dependencies to talk to elastic search
2) a cluster that bmo can talk to
3) scripts that keep the indexes up to date. This needs to be done with update interval guarantees -- "the index will be no older than NN seconds". Have to pin down what we can guarantee here.
