Seems like we're 10 times more responsive with e10s than without: https://treeherder.allizom.org/perf.html#/e10s
That's odd. What is even weirder is that this was not the case before Feb 12:
https://treeherder.allizom.org/perf.html#/graphs?timerange=7776000&series=[mozilla-inbound,dade788d6f94eff91e28fcd390c9096bba0c5f48,1]&series=[mozilla-inbound,9c3ee3de881be6849201d222ac96a2b8061e44b9,1]&selected=[mozilla-inbound,9c3ee3de881be6849201d222ac96a2b8061e44b9,19201,18912659]
It seems to start with Bug 1244143.

Dan, could you confirm if this change in the talos data is related to your patch and if so is it intentional?

Ehh sorry, probably not your patch, bug 1246174 seems like a more likely candidate for it...

chutten and avi did the analysis here: this is a "real" win because we're not blocking on content.
