Per UX spec, we need a grid view screen for adding/removing cards for a folder. User can select at most 9 icons for a folder.
This bug should implement the screen.
If we need to new a folder, users shouldn't be able to press done if they selected nothing. (Newing a folder only)
If we need to delete an existing folder, users should deselect all selected before they can move to the delete button. (Editing a folder only)
