I guess Bug 1107443 is the culprit.

But there's one thing I don't understand is Bug 1107443 landed in Nightly 42, so the Release 45 should be affected, but that's not the case, 46 is fine too, only 47/48 are affected.

The code bug 1107443 added is enabled only #ifndef RELEASE_BUILD.  See bug 1178638 for enabling it.

Given https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1178638#c3 what should we do here? This never rode the trains beyond Aurora.

Given this is only a regression in nightly and I guess Aurora I'm going to remove the regression keyword. As always, feel free to disagree :)

I think tracking this as part of normal regressions isn't too useful. Removing regression keyword, but keeping dependency to bug 1496510.
