BUILD: Linux 2002-02-20-08 nightly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Go to http://web.mit.edu
2) Hit Alt-f, arrow over to "Print Preview", hit enter
3) Click the "Close" button
4) Try to use a keyboard shortcut (e.g. Alt-f, Ctrl-r, anything)

ACTUAL RESULTS: All keyboard input ignored. No way to tab around either.

EXPECTED RESULTS: Keyboard shortcuts work

NOTE: Clicking in the content area or url bar or anything like that reactivates
      the keyboard.

Focus the content area when going into print preview mode.

Oops. This is really the patch for bug 126808.

I believe this bug will be fixed when the print error alert goes away (bug
126799). We do focus the content area upon return. It works on windows.

Meant bug 126803 will fix this, not bug 126799.
