1279573 - Make "dupeme" a keyword instead of a whiteboard tag

After good feedback on bug 1279238... let's try another one!

Variants I know of, all with and without the [] brackets, with varying lower/uppercase:

DUPEME
DUPME
DUPE ME

etc.

Proposed description:

This is likely a duplicate bugreport, but we have too many bugs for us to quickly find the original. Please help keep bugzilla sane by reuniting this bug with its previously-filed original!

(not fussy about the description, if people have better suggestions I'm all ears)

Keyword added. Need to run script to migrate whiteboard bugs to new keyword so leaving open.

As I recall this will result in a huge number of entries in the keywords table and we're not ready to handle that right now.

Yes we should but we need to find all of the variations of 'dupeme' in the whiteboard fields as the script only works on exact matches. Also I never got around to querying how many bugs that would effect so I am not sure how many new keywords it would create so that would be good for someone to do.
