https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/ no longer has a "All Languages/Versions" link to get to the full list. It was replaced with "Firefox Privacy" everywhere. I finally got to it by going to the developer edition, finding a link at the bottom of the page, and then manually changing "developer" to "beta" in the URL. This is less than ideal for a bunch of reasons; for one, this is the only way to download a 64-bit Windows version right now.
The issue seems to be that the "channel" page is magic/special, and not a product page -- product pages get a link (at the very bottom). There's also no way to get to a non-release product page (like https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/) from the channel page.. and even for release, you need to go to the Firefox menu at the top of the page and then select "Desktop".
There's a pretty similar problem on the "main" Firefox desktop page you eventually get to from the homepage if you manage to get through the maze - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/ - which has no download link at all when opened in Firefox (it does in other browsers), and where the link to 'all' is buried at the bottom between "Contribute to this site" and "Release Notes" and "Privacy". These links really need to be easier to find.
