Details

When Mozilla is fully closed (didn't test with quicklaunch running), when one sends a file using the "Send to | Mail recipient" from Windows explorer, Mozilla starts a new browser page as well as the composition window. One should expect to see only the compisition window (as does Netscape 4.x)
A browser window also opens when clicking on a mail adress (mailto:) in IE
