Using build 1999090109 on win98 M10, I crash using the scroll bar in the Address
book results pane.  Will test linux and mac as soon as I can install today's
builds


1. Launch Messenger
2. Select Tasks|Address Book
3. Click on Personal Address Book (have at least 5 cards in Personal Address
book so the scroll bar shows up)
4. Click on scroll bar and move up and down.

Result: Crash
Expected: Not to Crash but to have list move up and down accordingly.

Using 1999100617M10 commercial build on win98 and 1999100615M10 commercial build
on mac this is fixed.  Thanks Paul! Waiting for linux to verify for that
platform.
Using 1999100609m11 on win98, 1999100714m11 on linux, 1999100713M11 on mac this
is fixed this duplicate is verified too.
