Tracking bug for changes to the styling of bug lists. There are several
conflicting proposals for using color and other styling to delineate bugs in the
lists, not to mention the limited styling already in place. This stuff should
be worked out all at once, or users are going to experience the pain of seeing
things change on them every time an installation upgrades to a new version of
Bugzilla with yet-another-fix.
Making this bug block other CSS styling bugs. Before we implement any more CSS
support we need to decide what to do and how.

Please also consider giving resolved bugs a light gray background in bug lists,
like on http://mywebpage.netscape.com/aufbau01/bugs.html or like I proposed in
bug 100639 comment 1 (for the mostfreq list).
bug 103778 was just checked in, and includes several changes to css styling.
Someone should look that over and decide on what implications it has for this bug.
hmm, nevermind... I didn't notice the date on this bug. This was probably
filed as a result of bug 103778 ;-)

I would like to be able to make blocked and blocker bugs a different color.

If striping is approved in bug 252810, I'll do some rearrangement of
dependencies here (and possibly take this bug for me, since I'm interested in this).
