Removing B2G code from central may mean we can remove Gonk.

There are also ./mach commands referencing gonk (see bug 162019) which should be removed
Developer said in bug 1306137 comment 5 that dom/camera/ can be entirely removed. Will dupe this bug against that once I verified that the removal has no side effects.
