Bug 1302945 tracks the minimum set of features we need to get basic animation working with the Web Animations API--enough that we can build CSS animations and transitions on top of it. This bug tracks the remaining features not blocking CSS animations/transitions: e.g. additive animation, iteration composition, various optimizations etc.

I have no idea why this bug is still open.  I guess we did forget to close when we fixed bug 1303235?
