The following files are unused but still shipped:
chrome://browser/locale/syncQuota.dtd
chrome://browser/locale/syncQuota.properties
chrome://browser/skin/syncQuota.css

They were used from browser/base/content/sync/quota.xul which has been removed in bug 1180587.

Note: these files were already removed once in bug 926709 but were reintroduced in bug 951857.
