132112 - Download Manager toolbar should use icons

The download manager window uses text buttons in its toolbar. All other Mozilla
windows which have a toolbar use icons (or icons+text).
This is highly inconsistent with the rest of Mozilla.

IMHO, this is very bad user interface design. At least on Unix, the buttons in
the  toolbar look just like dropdown menus. So the user clicks on it expecting a
dropdown menu and it turns out to actually be a button. As two of the most
important aspects of user interface design are consistency and making it
apparent what will happen when a user takes a given action, this really needs to
be improved. I don't care if it uses icons or what, but it shouldn't look like
dropdown menus.

Fixed by bug 388517 (but for that one there is more followup on other UI issues in bug 372972). At least we don't have textbuttons in a toolbar.

Reopening. This bug is against the SeaMonkey download manager UI not the Firefox UI.

Those toolbar buttons have gone away with the new UI as in bug 472001, the "buttons" still in the window are icons inside the tree itself.
