If you set a handler for RSS feeds in Firefox different than Preview (e.g. My Yahoo!), then try to open a RSS feed, the page won't load, no errors in Error Console. Everything works as expected in a non-e10s window. Not sure if this should be filed in RSS Discovery and Preview, leaving in Untriaged for now.
Hi Francesco, I think it will be a good idea to set the RSS Discovery and Preview component to see what is there opinion about this.

Confirming that the bug is still there on 59.0a1 (2017-11-30) (64 bit)

Unfortunately this code doesn't have available resources and its future is uncertain.

The feed preview code has been removed by bug 1477669.
