now that bug 1323880 is fixed as of ~2 days ago, I don't see a reduction here, but lets see what this looks like next week.

This bug is still (mostly) Linux-only.
The 20 windows8-64 failures have a new error message "recording-device-events notification unexpected - Got -1, expected 0" (note the '-1' vs the '1' that the Linux failures have), and these Windows failures seem to have started after bug 1323880 landed.

Bug 1338038 has been filed to cover the failures with "-1".
