[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Navigate to Amazon and login
2. In the Amazon Video section - hover your mouse over an episode and middle click on the Resume button 
3. Navigate to http://www.freep.com/sports/
4. Middle click on any video

[Expected result]:
- Steps 2 and 4 - the videos are opened in new tabs in the background, media is blocked and Play Tab indicator is displayed in the right side of the tab.

[Actual result]:
- Steps 2 and 4 - the videos are opened in new tabs in background, media is blocked but the Play Tab indicator is not displayed. Please see the attached screen cast.

- Issue not reproducible on the latest Nightly 53.0a1 (Build ID: 20170112030301)

Since this issue is only on the Aurora, I'll close this bug after landing bug1331317, because we will close the pref for both Beta and Aurora.

BTW, the Amazon Video works well on my Nightly 53.0a1.
