This only happens with Firefox >=53
I tried to scroll down/up this link with Nightly:
https://play.spotify.com/user/spotify_france/playlist/3rm3Xs1gdSkzLlIpyhk0mo
No issue, the track list is displayed normally.
Could you provide a URL to reproduce the issue.
Do you have HWA and e10s enabled?

Just a heads-up, I think this is the same glitch I'm seeing in https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/4482
Mozregression tells me it's related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1286716
I also don't think it's related to HWA, as it happens for me in Linux with acceleration off.

It's the same issue. I have e10s enabled but no idea of HWA, how can I tell you if I have HWA enabled? I'm on OSX el Capitan.

Thanks, lcamacho. I actually just filed bug 1335159, since I wasn't sure if the two bugs were related. If you'd like, take a look at the test-case I attached in that bug, and let me know if it's causing the same issue for you (that is, the numbers you have to scroll down to see aren't displaying when you do so).
Feel free to try it with acceleration on or off, but it happens for me with both. You can disable HWA in Firefox in the preferences menu, advanced section, general tab. You'll have to restart Firefox if you change that setting (and don't forget to leave acceleration on when you're done testing, of course). You can also verify in about:support's graphics section whether acceleration is being used.
