Bug 1340495 - Remove fallback styling from toolbutton.css removed some toolbarbutton css. The dropmarker in the main tool bars is affected by this. Still works but now looks completely wrong. I compiled a Linux version and it seems to be ok so Windows only for now. There is also Bug 1340436 - Consolidate .toolbarbutton-1 padding rule but this one didn't cause any problems in Linux as far as in see. Only the classic theme is affected.

Windows 10 but Windows 7 doesn't look much different.
