Talos has detected a Firefox performance regression from push 836545828524. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

:dao, I see this regression and thought it was backed out, but realized that the improvement I see is from bug 1340626 instead.  You had authored both of them- so in the end we have no real change.  I wanted to file this in case there was a way to reduce this perf regression so we could see a net win!

I don't think there's anything I could do here beyond bug 1340626.
