[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Go to permission.site and click on "Notification".
2. Minimize the browser.
3. Maximize the browser.


[Expected result]:
Opening the browser after minimizing it shows the browser and the notification popup at the same time.

[Actual result]:
Opening the browser after minimizing it shows the notification popup first then the browser.

[Note]:
On Ubuntu 16.04 x64 the popup notification remain on the screen even after minimize the browser.
This issue is similar to Bug 1339439

Philipp, how big of an issue do you think this is?  It seems like a minor thing that won't happen very often, but since it's UX related, I wanted to get your input.

Hey Peter, from a ux perspective, I agree that this is very minor issue. This will be rarely seen by users, it is difficult to notice and is not blocking any functionality so I wouldn't put this one high on the list.
