1344225 - [tcmigration] bouncer aliases script should handle Fennec releases as well

I think the main publish_balrog script[1] is generic enough to handle anything. It uses these[2] configs. However, we need to backfill these[3] configs in the buildbotcustom to enabled that Fennec beta/release as well.
