[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox
2. Visit http://www.givemesport.com/
3. Open a video from the website in a new tab

[Expected result]:
- Playbutton can be seen in the new tab with the opened video.

[Actual result]:
- Playbutton is missing from tab.

Not sure which bug caused this, maybe Alastor would know better.

There were two regressions here, another one was that the audio is blocked even though the tab was not muted, I considered that build good, since this bug is about not showing the Block Playback icon.

[Additional notes]:
- On Ubuntu there is only the 'mute tab' button that shows up in the tab, and the sound is played without even focusing the tab.
- Also I also see that the video is completely muted when focusing the tab, same issue as in bug 1348859.

We have retested this issue on Firefox latest Nightly and here are the following results:

Not working: Please note that the video is not paused and still plays in the background
Working: The sound is muted until the tab is focused and the Play Tab indicator is displayed.

We have retested this issue using the following platforms:
Windows 10 64bit.
macOS 10.12.2
Ubuntu 16.04 32bit.
Windows 7 64bit.

Alastor, could you take a look at the not working part?

See bug1350947, now we don't support "pause" for NPAPI.

With bug 1352014, block-autoplay is not enabled on 54, set 54 unaffected.
