This is a metabug to track the work to label runnables dispatches from the image/ directory.
I'm not sure if bug 1359833 covers this, but we also see imgRequestProxy::DoRemoveFromLoadGroup and RasterImage::OnSurfaceDiscarded happening a lot in telemetry.
