Would appreciate the watchers on this ticket take a look at bug 1378590 as part of some Photon UI tab animation work. This is an area where the scroll effect when opening internal Firefox tabs (Customize, Addons, Preferences) looks out of place and slow when there are many open tabs in a window (and where Chrome feels very snappy).
