+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1334496 +++

Bug 1334496 resolved the notification API tasks and this bug is more about whether we should enable autofocus for permission prompts by default.

For reference, Chrome and Safari both steal focus. I guess if the doorhangers are supposed to be modal it makes sense to go all the way here.

We _could_ wait until bug 1345424 is done, which would allow us to only focus on user interaction.
Actually this is not blocking bug 1333437 since that one is about identity panels.
