1358449 - Clicking the "Profile/Activity/Mail" dropdown for user in the CC list of a bug report, email client is opened instead sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bugzilla report
2. Click Reporter's name, appear a list(Profile/Activity/Mail)
   (Triage Owner's name too)
3. Open Cc list
4. Click Cc's people name

Actual Results:
5. Appear Email Application

Expected Results:
5. appear a list(Profile/Activity/Mail)

Cannot reproduce the problem. I get the dropdown menu instead.

Confirming. This looks like unexpected behavior.
