[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 55.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 7 64bit
- macOS 10.12.4
- Ubuntu 16.04 64bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Nightly
2. Visit about:preferences#privacy
3. Watch History section: 'Nightly will[Remember history]' (2px space after 'will')
4. Compare with about:preferences#privacy - Cached Web Content
4.1. 'Limit cache to [350] MB of space' (4px space after 'to')
- this values are for mac, on different platforms there are different values though.

[Expected result]:
- There is a consistency with spaces before dropdown fields. (even though Limit cache does not have a particular dropdown field)

[Actual result]:
- Inconsistent space before dropdown fields.

[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression, this is a result of fixing bugs:

- Not only Privacy & Security tab is affected, I can see the same issue in General as well
