Following bug 653670. Environment: Windows 10. STR: 1. Open latest Nightly 2. In the URL bar search for (preferably using Google) a relatively long string so that the URL text will exceed the URL bar length 3. From the same tab, go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ for example AR: The fade-out effect when the URL bar is in unfocused state will no longer apply. Same for if you go to other opened tabs. ER: The fade-out effect should remain, also for all other opened tabs.

Depends on: 1364387
Component: Theme → Location Bar
Seems to be fixed on latest Nightly, probably by bug 1364387. Long URLs (on multiple tabs) now fade out no matter what other URL the user's visiting.
