Load this: data:application/json;charset=ANSI,[".%E2%9D%A4%EF%B8%8F."] It should look like data:application/json;charset=UTF-8,[".%E2%9D%A4%EF%B8%8F."] That is because because JSON enforces UTF-8 (see bug 741776). Set devtools.jsonview.enabled=false to compare.
