1372457 - Disable some media tests in order to reopen mdm1 on Autophone

The test was disable by bug1367057.

Now I'm survey why those tests would fail, but if I can't find the root cause in few days, another alternative way is disable them and then reenalbe mdm1 on Autophone.

According to the bug1367057 comment2, I would disable those tests and want to enable mdm1 first. The "test_media_selection.html" is the primary fail test, and we would fix it in bug 1373177.

Sorry, the bug1367057 comment3 lists the mochitest failures, not comment2.

I would check whether we need to disable all of failure cases, or we just need to disable "test_media_selection.html".

From the result in comment4, I still see some test cases fail, so I would disable more tests.

Disable the most possible to fail and some always fails tests in order to re-enable
mdm1 on Autophone.

I ran a try run for Mdm1:

The nexus-4-7 and nexus-6-2 devices were decommissioned in Bug 1374553 so I guess we can ignore them for now until/when we get replacements.

The pixel-10 device still has failures however.
