Details
As various projects move to a GitHub workflow, it's becoming more and more work to involve non-gh "enabled" resources within the org in issues that may come up in github. I think it would be useful to write a small snippet/scriptlet/extension/thingie that allows you to create a bug based on a gh issue without leaving the gh UI to do so.
Please feel free to WONTFIX with a link if this is something that's be thought of, done, and summarily discarded.
:ckolos, one quick fix would be a bug template. You can save a new bug form as a template link (with component, description, etc, pre-filled) and link to that from the GitHub project pages.
Would that fix your problem?

If the template can somehow capture the issue and the description/title of the issue from the github interface, that might work
