Feature description: The Sync team has an existing feature that they would like to expose to Firefox users that don't know about it. In the past, the Send Tab feature was exposed only to Firefox Accounts (FxA) users. By exposing the Send Tab feature to non-FxA users, it's hoped that additional users will sign up for a Firefox Account and being syncing their data.

Feature doc: There is no feature document that can be located. Alex Davis was not the product manager at the time that Send Tab was originally conceived and developed.

Environment in which to test: Please test in Nightly without signing into a Firefox Account to ensure that the feature is visible, then go through the flow.

Note: It's possible that the Send Tab landing page might still be re-directing to another page (to avoid a 404) because as of mid to late last week, it still wasn't completed, but the testing to be completed is around the exposure of the Send Tab feature to non-FxA users and taking them through a flow to sign up for account/sync.

The pre-beta sign-off was sent on 7-31-2017 and it was YELLOW(ship conditionally).

Next steps are:
1. Retest the feature on beta
2. Verify all the fixed bugs
3. Sign-off for Firefox 56.

Feature tested and deployed to production in 56.
