+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1351082 +++

Looks like we need to do this dance again, this time to disable prefetch in 55. (According to Y!, the fix didn't entirely fix things). Sigh.

Attachment: disable-prefetch.xpi - now with version bump

Here's the same xpi as in the original bug, but now with the version bump to make this valid for 55.* (a real patch will be landed to disable this for 56 and 57).

FWIW, I've been told that a shield pref experiment isn't yet the right way to send a permanent pref flip to all of our users on a particular channel, hence why I went the system add-on route. I'm willing to accept, however, that I may have been informed incorrectly, and that I should use shield, instead :)
