138913 - ctrl+shift+d file bookmarks window is too small by default

When pressing CTRL+SHIFT+D for filing the current page into the bookmark list
interactively, the dialog window appearing is way to short, so it only displays
two lines of the bookmark tree. I always have to pull it into a useable size
with my mouse, so it shows at least 5 or more lines of the tree. 

I have put two window pictures on <a
href="http://www.geocities.com/mrmichaelwill/bookmarks.html"> this </a> page. 

Apart from that it works like a charm! Thanks for all the work. 
PS: This is in Mozilla 1.0 RC 1, Build ID 2002041711)

Absolutely not.  This is about the dialog being not big enough by default;
nothing about D&D.

I can see this bug on build 2002050308, windows 2000 (classic theme too).
Changing OS -> All, nominating for nsbeta1.

Please feel free to do so...
I don't know if there's a separate bug on that, but the same problem appears 
with "Bookmarks -> file bookmark" here with 2002050306 (branch).
It only does *not* appear when you click on the bookmark icon in the 
URL-textarea. This one obviously saves size information.
