Tooltips for the items in the page history list under the back button show the
tooltip of the last item a tooltip appeared for.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit 2 or more pages.
2. Hold the pointer over a component that a tooltip appears for.
3. Open the page history list under the back button and hold the pointer over
any of the items in the list until a tooltip appears.

Actual Results:  The tooltip that appears is for the previous component a
tooltip appeared for, not for the item in the list.

confirmed with 2002-04-22-08-1.0.0 on win2k.

Can we just not show a tooltip for that popup. (What's it supposed to tell you 
anyways).

Win98, build 2002051304-trunk

I see this on _all_ dropdown menus on the nav bar: back, forward, and print.

The tooltip that displays is the last one shown for _another nav bar component_.
 If there is no previous nav bar tooltip, a small box with no tooltip appears.

I've dup my bug 125393 againts this bug (read the bug there), because as per
comment #2 here, this bug is more general.

To reflect that the bug is more general that what was originally reported in
this bug and in bug 125393, could someone with the right to do it, change the
summary to something like:

tooltips in all dropdown menus on the nav bar show previous tooltip

No, that one is about the fact that the dart to pull down the Back button menu
has the same tooltip as the Back button itself. It's a minor UI issue.

This one is about the fact that that the menu items re-use the last tooltip
shown, so if you hover over the Reload button, then quickly pull down the Back
button menu, a menu item shows the tooltip "Reload current page". It's a genuine
bug.
