openvr is currently at version 1.0.8. in mozilla-central, and the latest version of the library released is 1.0.10.
I fetched the latest version of the library from https://github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr/.
NOTE: in the last update to 1.0.8 the version in the README was not bumped.

It should be 1.0.9 in m-c already instead of 1.0.8
