Actual results:

Unable to determine your Firefox Account server configuration. Please try again later.


Expected results:

It should have signed in, and should have let me sync. I am able to login to accounts.firefox.com, but on this device, it does not work

Thanks for the report, and sorry you're having trouble! We've seen similar issues in bug 1385949 and bug 1408336. Could you please open `about:config` and paste the values of the prefs I mentioned in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1385949#c26? Thanks!

Thanks, it looks like the same issue as bug 1385949. Are you running a corporate ESR version, by chance? We don't lock any prefs in Mozilla builds, but it's possible for enterprise installs to override that.

You could try checking and removing `%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Firefox\browser\defaults\preferences\local-settings.js` and `%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Firefox\Mozilla.cfg`, then relaunching Firefox. I think that will remove the locks and any defaults.

Thanks.. It's a corporate ESR version, and there are some configuration done at enterprise level.
