Steps to reproduce:
Click 3 bar option menu, click sync sign in. When options in Firefox for sync pop up, I attempted to click the sign-in and there is no response from the page, the button just presses down with no action to follow.
Actual results:
Sync Sign-in button does not work.
Expected results:
Should take me to the sync sign in page and request my username and password to activate Sync

That's odd - can you please look at about:config and let us know if you have any preferences which start with 'identity.fxaccounts.' and if so, what their values are?

Hi Portejo, I'm guessing you're using an Amazon ESR version, which clears and locks FxA-related prefs by default. Bug 1411499, comment 4 has more details, and bug 1385949 and bug 1408336 look similar. We should probably provide a better error, though.
