In Bug 1413835, we're aiming to push out a new Widevine CDM. We need to update the downloader fallback to reflect the new CDM's URLs.
Bug 1475260 has superseded Bug 1413835. As such, I am also closing this. A new bug will be created to track update of the fallback downloader for Bug 1475260.
