Metabug to track work needed to remove the bootstrapped wrapper from Screenshots.

This bug exists for tracking other BMO bugs, but may exclude work within Screenshots that is tracked on Github. For a complete list of work needed, see the corresponding Github issue at https://github.com/mozilla-services/screenshots/issues/3875.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Firefox Screenshots is migrating to a webextension in the 64 release. This bug tracks the export from github of the webextension. Seems useful to track along with the two blocker bugs.
