Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Nightly
2. Go to any sites (e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org)
3. Click Home button (go to about:home)
Actual results:
Favicon does not update when going home page.
Expected results:
Favicon should be updated to branding icon.

--- → unaffected
This regression was introduced somewhere between 2017-12-21 and 2017-12-22 build. Mozregression can't find exact commit for this.
