Details

Per bug 1427117, we need to delete all crash reports collected before 2017-12-24. This bug covers removing the subset of information we copied into the partially complete dockerized environment for testing. This means postgres, s3, e-s. May as well empty the environment completely.

stage first, then prod.

This is complete. I've dropped the postgres database in stage, put the lifecycle rules into effect for the crash bucket and telemetry bucket, and dropped all indices in S3.

The dockerized environment doesn't really exist yet in prod, so that's a no-op.
