Details

Per bug 1427117, we need to delete all crash reports collected before 2017-12-24. This bug covers removing the subset of information we keep as backups of postgres. Do this last, after we're certain dropping the existing data didn't ruin anything.
we've got new, post deletion snapshots. The older backups will auto expire.
