Design was updated with "View More" link appearing between the section header "[icon] TOP SITES" and ">" collapse/expand arrow.

uiwanted: Currently both the header and arrow are clickable to toggle collapse/expand, so inserting a different action in the middle might be confusing? It also might make it tricky to accurately click on the arrow because it keeps moving left/right depending on the cursor position. Or also potentially confusing that the arrow could be seen as part of "View More >"?

the view more should appear when hovering over the header text area .. essentially the same hotspot that exists now
when the section title is hovered, then the “hot zone” should encompass the section title + view more + >

I separately filed bug 1440484 for the arrow showing only on section hover.

Hi, 

From looking at Aaron's video, it looks like in the new design the collapse/expand function will be moved to the options menu (meatball menu on the right side). What I "think" should happen is that if you click the header or "view more" that it would take you to the Library. NI Aaron to confirm.

uifeedback: Turns out the section header and collapse arrow are *no longer* controlling collapse/expand because that's now in the context menu from bug 1422079. Instead, the whole header including "[icon] TOP SITES View More >" trigger the view more behavior.

In a previous conversation with Amy, it was noted that when we land this "View More" that means sections will no longer be collapsible via the caret, but will still be able to be collapsed via the section context menu. "View More" will take over the space where the collapse caret used to be and will link out to about:library
