We need to fix this asap. The current way of logging in on bm85 and running commands is error-prone and could lead to wrong task-ids being pushed/shipped. Let's divide the work in two here. a) tweak RR3 to run push rather than promote for anything with b inside. b) improve more - add a checkbox in Ship-it and leave this at RelMan's choice
