1433489 - add a Ship-it "automatically push-to-CDNs?" checkbox button to Firefox/Devedition tabs to

Once work in bug 1433488 is done, let's make this even better. Considering that Devedition b1, b2 and Firefox beta 3 are usually with hiccups, we may want to add a checkbox in Ship-it for RelMan to use to tell us when they want this automatically pushed to CDNs. This way we can better chain their needs to our automation.

The button value is to be consumed by RR3 and tweaked accordingly.
One more thing, the button should appear only on Firefox/Devedition pages.

And we should probably not allow it to be used for RCs, and maybe ESRs.

We can do the same by scheduling the push phase instead of promote+push
